Having worked with Big Four, Mid-Sized, and Small CPA firms - Felechia assists firms in obtaining a constant connection to a greater vision to produce great outcomes. The concept that behind every successful business is a well-coordinated accounting and financial operation has led her to manage costs and organize teams to have a successful impact in cost savings. She has over 15 years of tax and audit experience. She has always had a passion for teaching - teaching her sons math, calculus, and finance-(who have maintained 4.0-4.8 GPAs. She has followed her passion in teaching others tax and accounting to improve the economic gap in our country. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys going to her six sons’ basketball practices and games. In her free time, she enjoys reading, classical music, traveling, and hiking adventures.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Andre knows his way around complex financial matters as well as operations. He advises and prioritizes improvements to companies’ financial management structures which resulted in increases in excess of millions of dollars. With his executive oversight, Andre oversees our strategy and execution for finance and risk management. Prior to joining L & L Global International, he provided financial and risk services to the federal government in the area of utilities. Andre’s experience in the public and private sectors lends him the ability to adapt quickly to different financial modeling systems.

Andre enjoys spending time with his wife, Felechia, and his six sons. His hobbies include coaching youth sports and traveling.
